1. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Express unless otherwise stated.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


2. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within:

  • 1–3 business days

during normal trading periods.

Please note:

  • Processing times may increase during launches, promotions, holidays or high-volume periods.

Orders are not processed on:

  • weekends
  • public holidays


3. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated Australia Post Express delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Delivery times may vary due to:

  • carrier delays
  • weather events
  • peak shipping periods
  • public holidays
  • factors outside our control

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email
  • tracking information for your parcel

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before placing an order.


Layali Skin is not responsible for:

  • incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • parcels delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • delays caused by incorrect information

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


6. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Layali Skin is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
  • delays caused by Australia Post
  • parcels delayed due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts


If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

We will assist where reasonably possible.


7. International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • taxes
  • import fees
  • local regulations and restrictions


Layali Skin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size
  • delivery location
  • shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
