At Layali Skin, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with Layali Skin, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used products
  • Products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Change of mind purchases


Please choose carefully before completing your order.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Defective
  • Incorrect


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at layaliskinau@gmail.com


Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue


Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund
  • Exchange (where applicable)


3. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and conducting a patch test before using any skincare product.

Layali Skin is not responsible for reactions caused by:

  • Individual allergies or sensitivities
  • Improper product use
  • Failure to patch test
  • Use alongside incompatible products


For health and hygiene reasons, products used or opened after an allergic reaction claim may not be eligible for refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

  • 3–10 business days
  • for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels

Layali Skin is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

If your parcel is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We will assist where possible.


6. Return Shipping

Where a return is approved:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect
  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise agreed

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for products that are faulty, unsafe, not as described, or do not perform as reasonably expected.
